The 30'x40' Octanorm system booth was used in 1999 for the introduction of millenium info websites set up by five government departments. In 2000, the booth was modified slightly and re-used for a number of government departments providing information on their ethics policies.

Features of the booth included curving headers and curved elements on all components, literature counters and plexi panels with floating signage for each of the four computer interactive stations, two video units, a literature area and a reception counter complete with an additional barrier-free workstation.

The corner tower offsets the significant column in the opposite corner of the booth which was further tied in to the design with Treasury Board banners on all four sides.
